Our Client is an established D&B company focusing on the Hotel & Hospitality industry. Based from their Thames Valley offices, you will be expected to manage a variety of interiors projects (on-site), with added estimating responsibilities too. The anticipated company growth outstanding and this role is an immediate start for the successful applicant too!

Responsibilities:

Controlling documentation quality – Adhering to health and safety – Managing programs/schedules – Implementing pre-construction best practices/standards, processes and technology solutions within the studio to enhance the capability and effectiveness of the organisation – Identifying and reporting risk to Technical Director and Managing Director, where relevant, whilst operating in compliance with ethical practices

Accountabilities:

•Ensuring projects meet financial targets
•Ensuring thorough understanding of project terms
•Executing project delivery strategy up to commencement of the construction phase

Team involvement:

Leading the integration of disciplines (Client Relations, Business Development, Marketing & Communications, Design and Project Management) to enable the effective delivery of our Stratagem

Collaborating across disciplines, regions and studios

Managing the performance of consultants during pre construction

Contributing to the creation of a high performing, innovative team environment

Leading a high performing team

Ensuring alignment to culture, values and behaviours of the Client
